Then take some dog tooth paste on your fingertip and let your dog to lick it from your finger so, they get user to taste and texture of tooth paste.
When your dog is used to opening and touching their mouth start using tooth brush and tooth paste together.
Lift the lip to expose outer surface of gum and teeth and brush it with gently in small circle as you do your own.
Be sure to reach back upper molars because these teeth quickly build up tartar.
Most of dogs only allow to brush outside of teeth they don’t allow to brush inside that’s okay don’t need to be worry keep mood light while you are brushing and talk to your dog throughout brushing session.

How often should I brush my dog’s teeth ?
- Daily brushing is idea but if their mouth is healthy than even three days a week can make a difference. Professional cleaning is required once in a year that will prevent building up tartar and gingivitis and keep your dog’s mouth healthy.
